After a cold day walking around downtown Seoul, the hotel provided a very comfy and warm room with large space and an excellent shower. The tea making facilities were a nice touch, but the dining experience was a downside due to limited options and crowding. However, the service was outstandingly accommodating and helpful. The location, near ICN, was ideal for airport convenience with a bonus of a free shuttle bus. Facilities were modern and satisfactory.
